I would like to have a default preset set on the whole website, but a different preset for a specific product category. Is it possible?

Hi,
I'm using this shortcode [woof is_ajax=1 taxonomies=product_cat:2721,2722] in a widget sidebar, and even if the two product category IDs have been set, the filter displays on all categories.
Why?

taxonomies=product_cat:2721,2722 - because it's like filtering. The plugin will show filter elements that match these two categories, but the categories should not disappear. When you filter by category other categories should not disappear
