Filter not working in product category page

We have used"WOOF - WooCommerce Products Filter" PRO plugin in our below website and we are facing some issues with it. Could you please check and update us.

Please see below issue case.
Case 1: We have setup the filter on our website with Ajax filter.
A. If we are on the product category page and apply the filter from the sidebar(capacity > 1TB), it is showing the proper result.
But after that, if we reload the current page with the current filter applied, it is redirecting to the main Shop page. It is showing shop page title, and removed the category banner etc.
Expected result: It should be on the same category page with the applied filter.

Note: We have tried using the disable ajax option but still getting the same error as above.

We have checked by enabling below both in our website.
SEO URL request > Enable > Yes
Disable swoof influence > Yes

It is working fine and it remains on the same page when we reload the page.

But there is generate new issue,
There is sidebar"Capacity" filter is not working with this option. We are not able to select any value from Capacity filter.
The Capacity is custom taxonomy in our project.

JFI, We have set the"Colour" filter in the sidebar and it is also custom taxonomy, but it is working fine.

Could you please check and help us.

I found the reason. it's a name conflict.  You have - Attribute pa_capacity  and  taxonomies capacity and for the URL, the plugin removes the pa_  prefix

As a result, you need to change one of the slugs

We renamed the slug for the capacity attribute and capacity taxonomy as per your suggestion, but we was facing the same problems.

So, we have set the capacity attribute slug the same as previous"pa_capacity" and changed the custom taxonomy register type from"capacity" to"cat_capacity". So in this case, the capacity filter is working properly.

But there is generate new issue
It is showing the empty capacity terms, even though we have set"Hide empty terms" to"Yes". When we open the category page with the below URL, the capacity filter shows the proper term, but when we select any one term(like 64GB), it shows all capacity filter items with empty terms.

So please check and guide us to resolve this issue.

We have found another issue based on the above thread.
When we refresh the page after the filter applied, it is not showing the required filter. But it should show all filters which are applicable in that link.

Please open the below link. This link is a normal category link. So, it will show all 5 filters for this page.

Please apply the filter"Buffer Type" >"Registered", it will show the proper value after ajax applies.
But when you reload that filter URL, it is only showing the"Capacity" filter. Please check the below link.

So, please check it and take the required action ASAP.

Unfortunately I can't fix this. For some reason all attributes disappear.

And it's not in my plugin, it's just impossible to get attributes by standard functions, it looks like they are not registered at all.

You can request a refund  OR I have added an alternative solution in the private data
