Filter doesn´t work and redirect to other (.../swoof/...) url....

Hello, we have selected your plugin for testing. It is very good, but the filter does not work. We have followed all your installation videos and everything is installed correctly, but when we apply a filter, your plugin always redirects us to another".../swoof/..." url and filter doesn´t work.
