Filter categories keep disappearing from Products archive.

I have bought the Pro version of this plugin to get the functionality to hide empty terms.

However now on my products archive page sometimes filter categories disappear which I can't seem to figure out why?

I have 9 filter categories set up on this page but when I go to filter in certain categories some of these categories disappear altogether from the area.

When the page is refreshed again sometimes they pull in again but not every time so it is like they are not being redrawn in that area again or something?

 

Can someone please help?

Still not working for me.

When I go to a different page such as /product-category/accessories/ and go back to /products/ it hides the filters that are active and have things assigned to them i.e. Anti-Slip.

However, When I refresh this page they all pull in again.

Thanks very much for looking into this. However, it's still not working right. I would like the empty terms to hide from the filters (that's the main reason I paid for the pro version).

Also now when I go to the likes of 'Accessories' (/product-category/accessories/) and select a term from the filter there it redirects me back to the products page. I would like it to stay on the same page. I think I set disable swoof influence for this to happen.

I would like it to stay on the same page. - The filter remains on the same page, the product display template changes. Try in Advanced->Options-> https://c2n.me/4f2oEl4.png
