Im trying to use color filter using Flatsome. On Flatsome we use the “UX color” where we display the thumbnail of the products instead of the color label (just text).
But when we activated WOOF we realize it doesnt work as a “plug and play”. It seems we need to start using the color picker on the Woof settings for each of the colors and variations on the site. That would take a lot of time!
There should be a way that you can make it compatible with Flatsome instead of requiring to choose a color for all the currently existing colors in the store.
Waiting your reply.
Thanks

The problem is that we cannot be responsible for how a third-party theme stores its data.

We have created a demo site just for you to check. On the private data you can see the credentials. There you have the Flatsome theme.
What we want is to avoid adding colors for each of the multiple variations manually. Its too much time consuming. We prefer to use the variations images instead. We saw there is an option for that... but its not working. Please access the site and change whatever you need to help us deal with this before using on a live site.

Quote from Marcelo on May 30, 2023, 17:10This belong to our client so this is why we re-created on a dummy site just for testing. This way we could give you access to a site with Flatsome, so you can check by yourself. If you need me to provide the flatsome theme for testing purposes, let me know and i will share it with you. This is a very popular theme... i think is very important for your plugin as well to generate compatibility with the theme...
Could you please share with me if is there is a way to avoid adding images and/or picking colors for the color attribules on Husky, and instead, use colors previously selected from the theme options? See screenshot of Flatsome´s UX color option: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1gO3L6OAktFlgqb3PeFg3nuM7D_bqLqo8/view?usp=sharing

Quote from Marcelo on May 31, 2023, 16:53We contacted you firstly on Wordpress repository support. They told us to contact here. We need a solution before getting the license. Our client use Flatsome and need to know if there will be compatiblity if they get the license. Color filtering is important for their business and that is why we been communicating. The reply we need is independent of the license. Is that we want to know if we could have a compatiblity between you and Flatsome. We even offered you to share the theme so you can check internally with your team.

Quote from Marcelo on June 1, 2023, 16:26its easier you just say you wont offer compatibility with Flatsome. We wont buy license and then you say it wont work. The idea here is to be sure, before buying, that we could have compatibility with Flatsome´s colors.

It's easier to say that you are using a paid product without the license. We cannot be responsible for code downloaded from third-party resources.
