Catalogue Visibility ignored when filters reset

Hi,
We have 2 filter pages one on the main product catalogue page (works great) and one on the router list.
The router list filter ignores the search catalogue visibility settings as soon as you reset the filters.
You start with 94 product, add a filter, filters to the requirements -> as soon as you reset your filter parms the products display 102 (witch includes the search results only products as well).
We want to display the initial 94 products as soon as the filters are reset.

I have my settings as - listen to catalogue in the settings, tried to exclude the whole category these items are incuded as well, cleared server cache and website cache and recounted the terms in the advance settings.
I have added custom css to hide the products but the product count is still showing 102 (as the custom css only hides it from viewers not really hidding it).
Please help.

Hi Pablo,
Some of the products are listed as"End of Line" products so only cliente who"know know" about the products will search for the products - but we do not want to include these products in our product listings at all to prevent - unneeded product awareness on products we want to discontinue.
How can we fix the issue without showing the EOL products in the products pages but have the EOL products only on search?
