Hi, I’m testing out the plugin at my development website http://avmdev.theabundancegroup.com/, and I’m currently encountering this challenge: When I click on the plus sign “+” at the right side of the filter column, the whole page will turn white and then freeze.
E.g. You may click on the plus sign on the right side of the word “PRODUCT CATEGORIES” to see the result. May I know why is it happening?
You may email me at firstname.lastname@example.org with the solutions or any follow-up actions.
Thank you for your attention and I look forward to your reply.
Please send your request on the plugin support here https://codecanyon.net/item/woof-woocommerce-products-filter/11498469/support – and support will help you. I think js+css conflict can be on the site
I am using woof on my site but price range not showing result prefect it show more product upto range.
Disable WOOF please and see this link https://www.jempore.com/jewellery/rings/?min_price=10&max_price=30000 – if results will be fine open ticket here please https://pluginus.net/support/forum/woof-woocommerce-products-filter/ with site access in PRIVATE area on the right. You can use duplicator plugin for it!
min_price=10&max_price=30000 – is native woocommerce request so this should work without any additional plugin (test current wp also)
